Talent Connect 2024: Armenia's Leading Recruitment and Career Development Forum

Talent Code proudly launched Talent Connect, Armenia’s first and largest professional orientation forum, with the objective of supporting youth and job seekers in navigating the evolving demands of the job market.

The first edition was held on March 2–3, 2024, at the Marriott Armenia Hotel in Yerevan. The event brought together over 3,500 participants - including students, job seekers, and career changers - and connected them with leading employers, universities, and industry professionals.

What the Forum Offered

Talent Connect focused on practical career development. Over the course of two days, participants had access to:

• 50+ expert speakers delivering keynote speeches and panel discussions

• 14 industries represented through workshops and interactive sessions

• University and employer booths for networking and information exchange

• Career and education guidance to support informed decision-making

The format allowed attendees to explore professional paths and understand current labor market expectations, with a focus on recruitment services and talent acquisition.

Clear Goals and Impact

The forum was created to bridge the gap between education and industry needs. Many young people complete their studies without a clear understanding of the job market. Talent Connect helps address that challenge.
